2 c. solid pack pumpkin
1 c. corn oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
3-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pumpkin, oil and water; add eggs, one-at-a-time. In a separate large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and sugar and mix well.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the pumpkin mixture and fold together until well blended. Pour into 3 or 4 well-greased and floured coffee cans and bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour. Cool and remove breads from coffee cans.
