2 strip sirloin or T-bone steaks
1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns
pinch of salt
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp green peppercorns packed in brine, drained
1/2 tsp crushed white peppercorns
1 tbsp brandy
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Rub both sides of steaks with black peppercorns and salt. Dredge steak with flour and brown sugar. Heat heavy frying pan and add butter. When it's almost brown, add steaks and cook for 2 minutes per side for rare or longer for well-done. Remove steaks to a warm plate. Add green peppercorns, crushed white peppercorns and brandy. Simmer for a minute. Turn heat down and slowly stir in cream. Pour over steaks and serve immediately.
