1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 bag frozen raspberries (or other berries of choice) - approx. 1 c. thawed
2 T. honey
1/4 c. unflavored gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, lemon juice and berries in a blender and blend on high until completely mixed. Pour mixture into a saucepan and add honey. Slowly whisk in gelatin. Turn the heat on low and continue to whisk the mixture for 2-3 minutes until gelatin is dissolved. Take off the heat.

Pour into silicone molds or a small baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. Cut into bite-sized squares (if using a baking dish) or remove gummies from molds.

If you prefer seedless gummies, you can strain the mixture prior to pouring into silicone molds or baking dish.
