9 quarts corn (cut off cob)
1 cup water
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put corn in large roasting pan. Add the sugar and water and stir well. Cook in oven at 350° for 1 hour. Place pan in sink full of cold water. Stir to cool quickly. Bag and store in freezer.
