2 - 6 quart baskets small cucumbers = 12 quart jars
For each jar you will need:
1 clove garlic
1 dry chili pepper
3 tbsps. brown sugar
1 tbsp. pickling salt
1 large sprig of dill

Directions:
Directions:
Fill jars half way with cucumbers. Add garlic, chili pepper, sugar, salt and dill. Continue adding cucumbers to fill jar. Add 1.5 inches of water to jar then fill with white vinegar. Tighten lids partially. Using a canner with rack, place jars in canner and fill to top with hot water. Process until cucumbers turn yellow. Tighten lids as you remove them from the water bath. Let water cool before adding next batch.
