1 1/2 cups well packed mint leaves & stems (tops), chopped
3 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Add mint to water and boil 10 minutes. Strain through cheese cloth (4 or more layers). Should be 3 cups liquid. Add green food colouring. Bring back to the boil and add 4 cups granulated sugar. Add 1 package Certo Pectin and boil hard for at least 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars and process or freeze.
