1 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. melted coconut oil
1/4 c. raw, unfiltered honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Coarse salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8x5" loaf pan with parchment or waxed paper. Combine all ingredients (except salt) in a bowl and mix well. Pour into lined pan; sprinkle sea salt on top. Place in freezer for 1 hour or until solid. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Sprinkle more salt on top, if desired. Store in freezer until ready to serve. This fudge melts quickly after being removed from the freezer!
