Scald: 2 1/2 CUPS MILK
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
In sauce pan mix:
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Gradually blend in hot milk. Cook until thick and add 1 slightly beaten egg. Cook again. Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. butter. Cool. Pour into precooked pie shell and spread whipped cream over pie to serve.
