1 lb. butter
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup fruit sugar
1 cup rice flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add rice flour and then add the all purpose flour gradually. Knead well. Bake at 350 until very light brown around the edges. Can also be made in 'mix master' and is much easier. Be sure to cream well.
