1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup flour
4 eggs
¼ cup water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted fat (or oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the milk, water, flour, salt and eggs until very smooth and bubbly. Set aside for ½ hour. Beat for 1 minute. Put ½ tsp. hot beef fat into 12 pans. Heat in a hot oven for 1 minute. Put 3 tbsp. batter into each pan. Bake 8 minutes at 450°. Bake 8 - 10 minutes more at 375°.
