2 cups white sugar
½ cups Port
zest of orange
1 1/2 cups water
2 whole cloves
4 cups cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, part and cloves in saucepan. Add orange zest and bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Remove cloves and add the cranberries. Cook uncovered until they pop - about 5 - 7 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Yields 3 cups.
