Peaches & Cream Recipe

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c peaches, well drained (save the juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. peach juice
1 T. sugar
1/2 T. cinnamon

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into bottom of greased 9" pan. Place peaches over the first layer. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice; spread over top within 1" of sides of pan. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
