Sauce: little less than 1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
8 strips green pepper sliced thin
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. catsup

Cut meat off in small pieces. Dip meat in batter made from 1 egg, flour, water and baking powder. Mix sauce ingredients all together. Bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch/water.
