10 lbs. pigtails.
Place criss cross in pan and sprinkle with:
2 tbsp. celery salt
1/8 oz. garlic salt
½ cup mustard
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
salt & pepper
Add: 2 cups ginger ale
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups corn oil

Cover tightly with foil and lid. Baste frequently adding more ginger ale or oil if needed. Bake 3 hours in 350° oven.
