Marinade:
4 cups water
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed, crushed
8 drops red pepper sauce
½ tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients
4 - 6 lbs. pork spareribs
1 cup catsup
1 cup red wine
½ cup catsup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
½ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Prepare wine marinade. Pour over ribs in plastic bag and seal well. Marinate for 24 hours. Place ribs on grill. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Brush ribs with reserved marinade several times. Turn ½ way through cooking time. Mix 1 cup reserved marinade with brown sugar and catsup. Cover and cook 25 - 30 minutes longer, turning and basting ribs with sauce.
