1 lb ribs
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
squeeze of lemon
1 1/4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ribs slowly for 3/4 - 1 hour or until well browned. You can do them in the over at 300 for same length of time. Drain off excess grease. Mix all other ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer ribs to baking pan and pour sauce over. Bake for an additional hour or until well done.
