4- 6 oz. salmon fillets
1 tbsp. soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Brush filets with some of the maple mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake salmon for about 10 - 12 minutes in a 450° oven, brushing on remaining glaze halfway through the cooking time. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve salmon with stir-fried vegetables and steamed rice.
