3 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1-1/2 T. flour
2 large cans sauerkraut
2 small potatoes, cubed
2 apples, cubed
3 T. brown sugar
1-2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut into pieces
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon; drain. Add flour to bacon drippings and blend well. Add sauerkraut and mix well. Place sauerkraut and bacon mixture in crockpot; add all other ingredients; stir. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
