3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup honey

3/4 cup canola oil

1 large garlic clove, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, oil and garlic in small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper and store in the refrigerator, until ready to dress the salad, immediately before serving.
