28 oz. tomato puree
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
¼ cup olive oil
1 small can mushrooms
½ green pepper
salt & pepper to taste
sweet and hot Italian sausage
1 tbsp. fennel pinch of oregano pinch of basil
1 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ onion
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Gently fry onions, green pepper and garlic in oil. Brown sausage and add remaining ingredients. Simmer and stir occasionally for 2 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
