1 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
½ tsp each salt & pepper
¼ cup sherry or chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup tomato ketchup
¼ cup pitted sliced black olives
2 tbsp. butter
1clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. white sugar
½ lb pizza dough
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. tomato paste
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in skillet and cook onion for 15 minutes. Stir in garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high. Sprinkle onion mixture with sugar. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Stir in the sherry and Worcestershire. Cook, stirring to scrape up brown bits for 1 minute. Preheat oven to 450°. Stretch the pizza dough to fit a 15" x 1O" baking sheet. Brush with oil. Blend ketchup with tomato paste and spread evenly over crust. Top with onion mixture, olives and cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until bottom is golden. Cut into long wedges. Serve warm.
