1/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cup long grain rice water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. onion
1- 10 oz. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in oven proof dish. Add onions and rice. Drain mushrooms, saving liquid. Add mushrooms and saute. Add water to mushroom liquid to make 2-1/2cups. Add salt and chicken cubes. Bring to boil. Pour over rice. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
