2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 1/2 quarts water
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup sliced stuffed olives
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
lb old cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water with 2 tsp. salt until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Melt 4 tbsp. butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until blended. Add milk gradually and stir until sauce is smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add olives. Pour sauce over macaroni. Pour melted butter over bread crumbs. Put bread crumbs on top of macaroni and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
