3/4 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 c. cold water
2 T. margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and flour in a small sauce pan. Add water and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 2-3 minutes. It doesn't get very thick, so watch your time. Serve over pancakes or French toast.
