2 Salmon Filets
1 Sweet Potato
Asparagus
Olive Oil
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Honey
2 TSP Ginger
2 Cloves Garlic
1 TBSP Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take baking pain, line with aluminum foil. Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Peel sweet potato, cut into bite size pieces.
Toss in olive oil (I also tossed in balsamic vinegar), thyme, lemon juice, garlic.
Roast for 20-25 minutes.

Marinate salmon in:
Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP honey
2 TSP ginger
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 TBSP Thyme

Take marinated salmon, place on pain with potatoes. Place lemon slices on top of salmon.

Put asparagus down with salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.

Bake salmon and asparagus with potatoes at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (I had to do 15 minutes).
