One Container of Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp chopped basil
½ cup bacon crumbled
½ cup diced celery
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
3 medium zucchini
1 egg- beaten
Parmesan 3 Tbsp
½ cup Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
(1) Combine Cream Cheese, bacon, basil, celery, cayenne pepper and salt/pepper in a bowl.

(2) Divide into 6 spoonfuls on a piece of plastic wrap. Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and press down on each portion like a burger until a 1/4 inch thick circle. Freeze for 15 minutes until firm.

(3) Use a potato peeler to peel zucchini ribbons that are at least 1 inch by 8 inches. Lay 3 ribbons of zucchini side-by-side on a board, overlapping each by at least a third. Do the same with another 3 ribbons across until it looks like a big zucchini + sign.

(4) Brush egg lightly onto zucchini.

(5) Sprinkle parmesan onto middle of zucchini formation. Place chilled Cream Cheese mixture on top, then shredded cheese. Fold edges of the zucchini ribbons to the middle to create a parcel.

(6) Use a hot, greased grill press or sandwich/Panini press to grill for about 2 minutes until zucchini is seared and parcel is warmed through.

**You may like to serve as a side on a bed of rice or couscous to accompany pork, chicken or steak. Presents beautifully cut into a triangle and stacked offset.
