1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup mini chocolate chips (or the big semi-sweet morsels)

Preheat oven to 350º

(1) Thoroughly mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in bowl

(2) In a seperate large bowl melt the butter and beat in eggs and pumpkin.

(3) Begin to mix in dry ingredients into your first bowl, and mix until just moistened

(4) Add the chocolate chips and spoon batter evenly into greased muffin tins

Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes
