Use 1 prepared Deep Dish Pie Crust bake 400º degrees ten minutes take out and begin to cool. Lower oven temp to 350º degrees.

In the meantime in a bowl whisk in order:

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
4 large egg yolks
2 large eggs
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon (packed) finely grated lemon peel

Directions:

(1) Pour filling into warm crust. Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until filling is slightly puffed at edges and set in the center. Cool completely for an hour.

(2) Before serving, sprinkle top of tart with suger and brown the sugar either with a kitchen torch or oven broiler to form a suger crust. If you use the broiler, cover crust with foil so it doesn't burn.
