1 box yellow cake mix
1 small vanilla instant pudding
¼ cup of oil
1 1/3 cup of water
4 Eggs
2 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans

Frosting:
4 tbsp butter
1- 8 oz pack of cream cheese
1 box of sifted XXX Confectionary Sugar
2 cups of shredded coconut
2 tsp milk
½ tsp of vanilla extract

CAKE PREP INSTRUCTIONS:

(1) Preheat oven to 350º.

(2) Mix cake, pudding, oil, water and eggs until smooth. Stir in by hand, coconut and pecans.

(3) Grease and flour 3 round cake pans. Divided mixture evenly in the 3 pans.

(4) Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until toothpick is clean. Let the cake cool.

FROSTING PREP INSTRUCTIONS:

(1) Melt butter, stir in coconut until brown (set aside to cool).

(2) Sift sugar and mix all other ingredients together. Stir in browned coconut.

(3) Place frosting between each layer and on top. Don't frost the sides of cake.
