1 8 oz. box of elbow macaroni
1 – 12 oz. package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
*use the cheese of your choice. Velveeta is good, too!
1 – 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according the package instructions and drain. Place all ingredients in cooker and stir.

**Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until macaroni and cheese are firm.

It is good to stir the ingredients around the 1 hour mark. It is not necessary but insures the cheese is everywhere!
