2lbs ground beef
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup warm water
1 egg
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves of crushed/sliced fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400º degrees.

(1) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, hand roll into balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet 1 inch apart.

(2) Bake for 15 minutes or until outside is browned and turn over for another 10 minutes.

Remove, cool and enjoy!

This is an old Italian recipe from my maternal grandfather, Popa Agostino Torre, straight from Trapani, Sicily. These meatballs are moist and crispy without being fried! They are AMAZING!!!
