1 lb chicken
2 cups shelled green peas
1/2 cup rice
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 lb pumpkin
2 tsp salt
1 oz margarine
1 large onion
2 tsp lime juice
1 green hot pepper
1-2 tbsp burnt sugar colouring
1 potspoon cooking oil

1. Mince seasoning, add seasoned chicken
2. Boil peas until soft
3. Heat oil and burn sugar, add chicken, fry till brown, add peas, rice, seasoning, turning rice till all are brown
4. Add pumpkin, coconut milk and water till foods are covered
5. When boil add margarine and green pepper
6. Cover pot, lower heat, simmer slowly until water has been absorbed
