2 tablespoons olive oil
2 green onions chopped
¼ cup of vodka
500 ml whipping cream
1 ¼ cup tomato sauce
½ cup of parmeggiano (can add more if you like – however I suggest putting more cheese over pasta dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add penne as you are making the sauce -

1. In large skillet, heat oil and add onions; sauté for a few minutes.
2. Add vodka and Flambé (not necessary)
3. Over medium low heat Add cream, cook until reduced by 1/3.
4. Add tomato sauce and cheese stir until all is blended.

Pasta can be added to skillet and mixed with sauce or add a little sauce to pasta in pot mix together and ladle more sauce over each dish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
