2 cloves crushed garlic
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup parmigiano grated
Parsley chopped
Bread crumbs ( fresh if possible)
1 lb minced veal (option: can mix in pork and beef )
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl stir together garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt and pepper - blend together . Add meat and mix it all together until liquid is incorporated. Once completed mix in breadcrumbs.

Roll meatballs to desired size. ( larger for sauce, smaller for appetizer)

Fry the meatballs on medium-high (do not crowd pan) heat, in canola oil.
Options: can be added to tomato sauce . Or if rolled into small meatballs can be served as an appetizer with a side of marinara sauce.©
