Ingredients: 500g of boneless pork chops 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 medium onion, peeled, sliced 250g of Shimeji mushroom, stems off 5 tbsp of flour 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Onion soup 2/3 can of hot water

Directions:1. Beat the pork chop both sides evenly until it is flattened. Marinade it with soya sauce for 15 minutes. Heat a non-sticky pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Pan fry the pork until both sides turn brown, turn the heat to medium low. Continue to pan-fry the porkchop until done. Drain it in a sieve over a bowl. Put it aside. 2. Clean the pan and dry it well. Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Stir in the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt. Stir-fry the onion until soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and mushroom. Stir-fry all the ingredients for about 2 minutes or until the mushroom is heated through. Turn the heat the medium.Add in the sauce mixture. Continue stir until it is hot, smooth and thicken. Stir in the pork chop and mix it well. Dish it up and serve it in hot. |
