7 fl oz water
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup mint leaves
4 oz lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
2.5 fl oz white rum

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir until all the sugar is combined and you have a simple syrup. While the syrup cools, place the mint in a pitcher or mixing bowl, and muddle with a pestle, adding the lime juice and salt. Combine the syrup and the mint-lime juice and stir well. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher with a lip, stir in the rum. Carefully pour about 3 ounces of liquid into each of four push pop molds. Cover with lids and freeze overnight.
