Fresh spinach
Mushrooms
Hard boiled eggs
Bacon, crumbled

For the dressing:
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble all ingredients for salad, except bacon, in a big bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients together, in a medium bowl, until smooth.
Pour dressing over salad, mix well, top with crumbled bacon.

This is Gretchen's recipe, a favorite of Pop's. She would add extra garlic for him. Enough to make him comment that he would soon be sweating garlic out of his pores!
