1 bag washed baby spinach
5-6 slices bacon, cooked to crisp and drained
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/4 c. Brianna's Blush wine vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach in a large bowl, and crumble bacon on top. Wash and slice strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup, and layer them on top. Puree reserved berries with dressing, pour over spinach and toss.

When we arrived in Poughkeepsie to celebrate Polly and Pop's 60th anniversary at Sandy's, Belinda made this salad for us, and Polly thought it was so tasty that she brought the recipe home with her on a little scrap of paper which has lived in her recipe box ever since! If you can't find that specific brand of dressing, substitute one that is tangy and a little sweet.
