10 Strips of bacon, cut in half
20 lg Sea Scallops
1 C Cream, 35%
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T Maple syrup
Directions:
Directions:
400º oven
Wrap scallops in bacon and place on baking sheet in oven until cooked
Heat cream, add Dijon and maple syrup, simmer to reduce by half.
Just prior to serving add scallops
