10-12 lbs moose meat 4 envelopes oxo powder

Cut meat in cubes. Put in large pot with just enough water to cover. Add oxo powder and boil for 1 1/2 hours.

In a sauce pan boil the following:
4 cups water from the meat pot. 1/2 cup vinegar
4 cups ketchup 2 bottles honey garlic sauce
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar 3/4 cup soya sauce
4-6 carrots 2 stalks celery
4 cans diced mushrooms 4 onions
2 red peppers 2 green peppers
1 yellow pepper 1 orange pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain meat, add the sauce and boil for 15-20 minutes. Pour into preserving jars. Boil the jars for 30 minutes to seal.
