1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 T. minced red onion
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2 T. lime juice
1 T. grated peeled fresh ginger
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
1 tsp. honey
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail left on if desired
1 T. jerk seasoning
2 tsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. To make the salsa, stir together pineapple, onion, cilantro, lime juice, ginger, jalapeno and honey in a serving bowl.

2. Spray broiler rack and preheat broiler.

3. Toss together the shrimp, jerk seasoning and oil in a medium bowl until well coated. Thread about 7 shrimp on each of four metal skewers, place on broiler rack and grill, 5 inches from broiler, for three minutes each side. Serve with salsa.
