2 cups codfish
3 cups milk
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in top of double broiler, blend in flour, add milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add flaked fish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on toast or over boiled potatoes.
