1 1/2 cups flour
7 - 8 cod tongues per person
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pound salt pork
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully wash cod tongues and dry in a paper towel. Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake tongues in the mixture until evenly coated. Fry salt pork cubes golden brown. Add cod tongues and fry. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with mashed potato and green peas.
