2 cups molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pound salt pork
1 tsp. allspice
4 cups flour
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat molasses on stove top. Cut pork in small cubes and fry. Add molasses while hot. Dissolve soda in boiling water. Add spices to flour. Mix all together. Grease pan and lay rind of pork in bottom, place mixture on top and bake 1 hour in shallow pan.
