24 cod tongues
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. salt
1 cup biscuit or bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe cod tongues with damp cloth. Soak in milk in which salt is dissolved for about 10 min., drain and roll in crumbs. Place on a greased sheet or in a dish and bake in 450 degrees for about 10 min. Serve with lemon slices.
