2 cups flour
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 cup light brown sugar
rind and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup partridge berries

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour, sugar, baking poeder and baking soda in a deep pan; mix with spoon. Crumble butter with flour mixture by hand. Add raisins, beaten eggs, orange rind and juice. Add partridgeberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or when cake tester is inserted in center is dry.
