Ingredients:  
Cream together: 3 tbsp butter, 2 egg yolks and 1/4 tsp salt.

Add: 2/3 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in an 8-inch square pan for 18 minutes at 350* F

Cool, Topping: 3 egg whites and a dash of salt beaten stiff. Add 6 tablespoons sugar and beat again. Fold in 1 cup partridge berries. Return to oven for 12 minutes.
