Pork Roast pick one w/fat still on it 4-8 lb
6 cloves garlic slivered 3 crushed
1/2 cup caraway seeds
1/3 cup olive oil
2 large onions diced
2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup flour or corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
pre heat oven to 350
fat side up, poke holes in roast and insert slivers of garlic
coat roast w/crushed garlic,caraway seeds and drizzle with olive oil
place onions in roaster pan, coat w/olive oil
place roast on top of onions add 1/4 cup broth

Cook 35-45 min per pound to 185 degrees internally.

The last 10 min broil to brown the fat on top.
Put roast to side and add flour to broth,then stir into browned onions at bottom of pan.
Increase broth and flour if you want more gravy.
