1 9"single crust pie shell
6 slices bacon
1 onion,chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven 450º
2.Bake pie shell 8 min or until crust is set.
3.Reduce heat to 325 degrees for remainder of cooking time.
4.Place bacon in large deep skillet. Cook until evenly brown. Remove from pan,crumble,and set aside. Cook onion in remaining drippings until tender.
5.In large bowl wisk eggs,milk and salt. Stir in bacon and onions. In separate bowl mix cheese and flour.
Add cheese to egg mixture in pie shell.
6. Place on cookie sheet to keep any spills off oven.
7.Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Fat free milk and low fat swiss work fine.

Tastes great every time. You can add 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach too.
