1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add egg and milk. Blend together until moistened. (It will be lumpy). Pour into greased cake or pizza pan. Flatten ino a round with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
